Due to an amazing turn of events, my parents ended up at my sister, Amanda's, house the same weekend that we were passing through. It also happened to be my mother's birthday. She had celebrated with the rest of the family (and a whole bunch of other people) a week or so prior but Amanda and I and our families were unable to attend. So she was gracious enough to let us make a fuss over her again. The girls made cards and I brought her some cheese and crackers that I got from Wisconsin.

The planets were definitely aligned for the two families that could not come to the first party met in Rigby for a second party for Mom. Good fun
