Tubingen Chocolate Festival

I got to go the Tubingen Chocolate festival with some ladies in my neighborhood.  It was so much fun to see all the things made out of chocolate, marzipan and nougat.  My favorite was the nougat, the hazelnut chocolate cream and the dark chocolate cover strawberries.

These look like circles of cheese but they are circles of nougat made from honey (lactose and gluten free!)
