Arnie competed in the Boise Ironman 70.3 Triathlon Sunday June 1st. He completed it in approx. 6 hours and was 440th out of a field of 1200. We are very proud of him. He improved a half hour on his time from his Monaco Ironman 70.3 from two years ago.

Well done Arnie! I'm guessing that this trip was just Arnie and the rest of you stayed in NH.

that is great arnie. as for me, I'm taking things slow and doing my first 5K in rexburg. I'm excited about it.
