She turned 18 months on the 10th and she began to take her first steps on her own the same day. She is walking more and more these last couple of days. She thinks it such a grand game and laughs and laughs as her sisters join in games of chase and ring around the rosie. She still reverts to her "monkey scoot" when speed is required, however. I am endeavoring to get video of that wonderful move before it is completely replaced.

Wahoo! We were excited with both of our walkers, but now Rebecca never wants to ride in the stroller. She prefers to walk everywhere-- which is fine unless you are in a hurry. She is getting faster, though. Great Job, Jessica!!
Way to go Jessica! Walking will make your Mother's life a little easier (and a little harder) now she can run away and reach things that once were safe. Have fun you guys.
